MOD problems

I have just recently started to try & play MODs, but I seem to have problems with crashing to desktop, or having them not even load at all. I was just wondering if anyone has any suggestions on how I can get things working.

A couple of things to try:

Make sure the mod is for the correct version of Civ4.

Make sure the mod and your patch version match up.

Reinstall.

Clear Custom Assets.

If the above fail to help you post again with specific details of your game, system, and the mod.
