I have noticed that you are talking about starting bias or someyhing like that which affects where civs start game.I have been wondering where I could find that or could you help me I just write them down.
On forum, you can find pre-BNW civs here, though it's slightly outdated. For Example, Korea has coastal start bias now.
But as always, you can find all relevant information on Civilization Wikia. List of civilizations can be found here, and their start bias is listed on their page.
