Capturing a vassal capital city causes a lot of strange things
Explanation
During the war with England (both me and England have vassals) I captured the vassal capital city. That caused the following three strange consequences:

Explanation
During the war with England (both me and England have vassals) I captured the vassal capital city. That caused the following three strange consequences:
- The master's (English) capital is also captured! Although there are no any my units nearby.
- You can find three free workers in the captured cities (there was no workers in the cities before)
- England units are still in the captured city together with my workers
How to reproduce
- Load the attached game
- Capture the city with the selected tank

no need to apologize - the Bug list has not been updated since 3.13 came out anyways and I just wanted to point you to a fix - this and two other bugs concerning vassals can be game breaking and they are fixed in Bhruic's unofficial patch...
