Germany and the Barbarian Uprising

I recall a thread a whole while back about a German challenge. What's the challenge? Upon starting, delete your initial settler . Then see how long you can survive with your UA. Bonus points if you manage to capture a city.

Anyone else tried this? I always get to about 5 units before getting tired/killed off.
