What are itz total effects on the enemy's civ? Coz rit now, I dun see any immediate changes in their cities or units, their attacks goes on n their capital is totally under my country due to my high cultural points.

didley squat. the AI gives the civ a free palace/capital! whoopie!

They surrender more easily after losing any major city let alone their capital. Their government is transported though to the next largest/most cultured city.

Their second city will automatically become capitol, so nothing much changes.

Besides, i read somewhere that the same thing happens for you when you lose your capitol.

Tip:
forget about conquering you enemy´s capitol !
Just isolate it, destroy ALL roads + harbor of the capitol and keep it destroyed.
That way your enemy will be deprived of (strategic + luxury) resources so he cannot build modern units and a lot of cities will fall into disorder. Run his cities over afterwards which will be far more easier now, and go for the capitol at last to destroy 'em completely !
:goodjob:

Damn.. i thought it was gonna be like Civ2 where the civ falls into corruption n riots etc.

should ve left it alone then! ARGHH!!
