installing 2034

I've looked and can't find any hints on how to install 2034. The previous versions I've used have been applications that self installed, and other mods have been zips with info on where to install the files. This version is an unknown file I have no clue what to do with. Love the mod, just need some help for this computer illiterate.

Add .exe to the end of the filename.
