Is there a easy way to view how many luxuries you own?

It's one of the dropdown options in the upper left. Note that this count includes those provided by city state allies mixed in with yours. In addition it shows number of copies you have being exported and which ones you are importing.

Also, hovering your mouse over the :c5happy:

icon on the top bar will display which Luxuries are contributing to your happiness, as well as how many of each you possess.

WHoward's summary luxury MOD is invaluable to me. Visualizes trade opportunities with other Civs too so you don't have to do the round robin to see how doesn't have your lux whilst trading.
