Can you create a new civilization :

this civilization called Peenemünde Empire.

Peenemünde Empire :
leaderhead : Franz hans SChultz (1870-1943) and Franz Schlieben (1900-2010)
Special Capacity : fanatism
Special Unities : Maus E120 Panzer Ratte, Tiger, Kingstiger
Sun Never Sets - + 2 Movement for all Naval Units
Strategic resources provide +1 production and Horse, Iron, Uranium provide double quantity
unique building : Lindemann Battery, Secret Base

Overview :
Although various Germanic peoples occupied the northern Central Europe for millennia, the modern political entity known as Germany is very young, having been created by the Pennemünder politician Franz Hans Schultz almost him alone, there are about 70 years. During its brief history, Germany has had a profound impact, with good and bad sides, on world history.

DID YOU KNOW
Peenemünde Empire is so called because it war a research center in Germany in Second World War.

Hungary please!

ruler could be István I or László I (both Kings)

there's a nice number of potential city names, Hungary ruled quite a large area - colours red/green or green/red, the symbol could be the hills+cross from the right hand side of the coat of arms (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coat_of_arms_of_Hungary), yeah you'd have to take Budapest out of the city states, but from a similar part of the world could have someone like Zagreb, Sarajevo, Iasi?)

~~~Armenia
One of the Oldest if not the oldest civilizations, that still exists
Should Recieve Substantial Cultural Bonus, and Bronze working at creations especially since the recent discover of Bronze tools in Armenia dating back to 4700 BC!
Would like to see the Norse (i.e. Vikings) centred around Norwegian, Danish, Swedish city names. Unique building could be a Runestone instead of the Monument, perhaps Longship instead of Trireme? The English ability 'sun never sets' would be reasonably appropriate for this civ also.
I wouldn't mind to see the Boers as well, even though they were active only a short (relatively speaking) time, they did make their mark on South Africa. Their leader could be Piet Retief, unique building perhaps something to replace the stable. Unique unit would have to be the Voortrekker, an armed Worker! Racial ability would be something to do with effectiveness against Barbarians - perhaps similar to Germany's ability?
Civ: Romania
Leader: Stephen III or Vlad III(Dracula to the rest of the world :D), or Burebista(someone has already made a civ style Burebista: Portrait.
Unique ability: Increase construction speed to cultural buildings.
Unique unit 1: Mountain Hunters in place of the Infantery
Unique unit 2: Wolf Warriors(some freaks with wolf heads on their spears, or heads if they were swords men.. the romans had to deal with those freaks in a lot of wars, even if the romans had 10 times more soldiers :D, so pretty good unit) in place of Warriors
or
Unique Building: Literature Guild(building)
Unique unit 1: "Grenadier d'Empire" in place of rifleman = 20% stronger when in plains
Unique unit 2: "Rafale" in place of Airfighter = 10% stronger against other airfighters and 25% stronger on bombings
Another civ I'd like to see is the principality of Antioch. Anyone have plans for a Ukrainian Civ? That would also be amazing.
Also, is there any custom civs right now that feature leaders that appear as themselves in the diplomacy screen? Instead of a leader pre-built into the game? If not, are there any plans for any?
The Franks empire was one of the most important empires arround 750. So it should be in Civ :)
The Polynesia Empire
Finland
Led by: Urho K. Kekkonen
UT: Sisu: Either Citizens consume half or 2/3 of the food usually consumed, OR All units move through Marsh, Forest & Across Rivers without penalties.
Pseudo-Historical background:
Spoiler :
Sisu is a word unique to Finnish, as it roughly translates to stupid stoic bravery. Along the years, Finns have had endured many hardships, including starvation, building farms in the middle of swamps or dense forests, harsh winters, and many an oppressive foreign overlord. Because of this, Finns are a tough people who feel at home in Marshy, Foresty environments, and can endure many situations that others simply cannot.
UU: Hakapeliitta: Replaces Cavalry. Cheaper to build, and possible smaller upkeep
Historical background follows:
Spoiler :
Historical note to this is that the Finnish contingent of cavalrymen in the Swedish army were mainly peasants who supplied their own horse, own weapons, and own armor. Alternatively, one may decide to replace one of the two effects with a combat bonus against some units, as the Hakapeliitta were known to, instead of following the usual cavalry tactic of shooting, retreating to reload, and restart, they instead charged, emptied their guns, and cut down their foes with their swords. They also had a psychological effect on enemies, as they mainly fought silently, and fought to kill, instead of capturing, as was the norm back in the 1600's.
UU: Finnish Jaeger: Replaces Infantry. Receives combat bonuses in Forests, Marshes, and Tundra.
As for history, Ever heard of the winter war? Yeah.
Celts and Guals as seperate civilizations with celts representing england and gauls france.
Hakkapeliitta merely Swedish troops in 30 years war even though Finnish Cavalry,
if Sweden is civ, then replace to Lancer.
Teutons are also a good idea, or teutonic order...
UU Teutonic Knights,
UB Jousting lines,
and Knights Templar headquaters as a Wonder, can product Templar Knights.
Norway!
Would love to have my own country on Civ 5. Maybe with Harald Hårfagre and Håkon VII as leaders. The first king of Norway, and the first king after the dissolution of the union with Sweden.
Might I suggest Magnus Lagabøte or Sigurd Jorsalfar instead? They made a much greater impression on the Norwegian society than Haakon VII, at least.
Magnus could give a bonus to either Courthouses or Libraries, while Sigurd could give some sort of bonus to military units far away from home, maybe.
