Conquests: Email game errors!!! Not a valid save file?

Any help or ideas on this would be appreciated.

When I play and email game and I go to load the game it comes up saying - ERROR "not a valid save file".

I have tried ATARI support and they could not fix it and suggested that this would be the place to ask the question.

I have reloaded both civ 3 and conquests but to no avail....?

Any Ideas......?

What versions are you and your opponents using? What version did you start the game with?
