Help needed to convert and rigging MMD models into civ5 skeleton

Hi there. i try to convert MMD model and rigging it into civ5 sketons/bones. But, thanks to the complexity of Blender, i gave up. :mad: So i need help from a modder which is very good in Blender to do it for me. thanks :sad: Please reply me ASAP
