Mod civs in the worldbuilder...

Does anybody know why the hell certain civilisations simply does not appear in the worldbuilder when scrolling civilisations list? And no, I didn't 'lost their name' and I know that civs are names as 'The Goths' not 'Goths' and so on... I mean: they simply and definitely DO NOT APPEAR. Various mods, various civs, no other mods enabled, various combinations - boom. For example, take Ancient Mediterranean Civs mod - half civs from this mod work in WB and half of them not. Israel [David] civilisation also haven't appeared until second (!) reinstalling the mod - what the hell?
