Can you point me to the direction on the instructions on how to add/create leaders?

But it generally talks about beyond the sword. And probably doesn't explain how to turn a portrait into a .dds if one wishes to build a new leader (Or something.)

A DDS is essentialy the same as a bitmap, just a different format.

You can use photoshop or Paint.Net to convert any image into a DDS.

Paint.net is what I use.

One thing I will say: The final size you want them to be is 512x512, but due to the way Civ4 displays the images, you want the width to be stretched by around 25%.

So a good benchmark is to use a 384x512 image, and resize to 512x512.

Assets/XML/GameInfo/DiplomacyInfos. Should be enough examples there to show you how it works, if you need help feel free to ask.

I got everything I need. Thanks. Is there a limit/requirement for the soundtracks though? Rivanna cant' seem to play a 4minute Eldar songtrack. And yay stealing mtg portraits!
