3.7s cant build or select tech

I can't choose production or select tech in newest version.

I'm using the latest versions of all thals new mods (map, ai tools, enhanced gameplay and interface), calypso's colored religion basic and advanced, ethnic units, faster aircraft animations and infoaddict.

You didn't edit anything to start? I think the root cause is that CAT_Misc.sql and Cat_Promotions.sql aren't loading. Can you post those files?

Ok false alarm. I deleted everything and the mods folder that modbuddy makes and that fixed everything. Sorry to waste your time.
