Greek Odeon No Base Per Turn Culture Thx Thal

The Odeon doesn't have the base +2 culture of a standard theater. The CEL_A_I file looks like Greece also still has the old free morale promotion for troops from militaristic city-states - not sure if this was intended.

Yeah the 'Building_YieldChanges' should be set for the Odeon as well. Thanks.

Not sure which version of code you are looking at but the 'Morale Promotion' code in the Greek section is just a comment of what it previously was.

I suggest to also set a Great Works of Art slot (instead of an Artist specialist) for the Odeon, so that it matches the Theater. Thalassicus meant the specialist to be a temporary solution until he could fix the Culture Overview screen, but actually a GW slot for the Odeon should work right now; see this post for details.
