Ask what the Zulu want for Electricity. They originally ask for economics, World map and 99,170 gold!! Try stealing it safely for 3,372 gold each attempt (immediately would be 1686 gold). Succeed on the 4th attempt.
With max science I could get Replaceable parts in 38 turns.
