Was just playing a single player local game and ended up enhancing my religion twice. I spawned a great prophet, enhanced my religion as usual, but the enhance religion button above the minimap did not change. So I clicked it again and was able to enhance twice.
I took a screenshot using steam by pressing F12, however, this is also the default quickload in Civ and as such one of my old games was loaded. So I reloaded this game and tried to repeat the bug. I could not repeat it so I do not know what was going on. I'm just sad I couldn't play the game with 2 enhancements
