at goodwill

years ago i found a civ. 2 at goodwill and did not know it was unique . it had under sea city's and space city's with unusual warriors ,like one in a space suit that could jump from space to the planet unaided . i have never found another like it . has anybody else?

Do you mean the licenced Activision homage to Civ2 known as Civilization: Call to Power?

CTP had some neat ideas, but just couldn't match the sheer elegance of CIV2.
