Roswell Barbarians

I started in the industrial age, vs 4 AI on monarch. the AI were broken into 2 teams of 2, and both started in the rennisiance. I gave them the same religion to decrease the likelyhood of them warring one another.

Then i placed a large modern era (almost future era) pseudo-civ of barbarians all over the map, with 3 goals:

Protect both from the barbarian fury
Vassalize an AI
Win a domination victory



In the end, i was flight-rushed by my barbarians, who bombed me to the stone age, my teams actually wound up bailing me out of trouble, then the barbarians won a space race.

oh yes - sometimes its fun to have a "teched out barb civ" because it has no diplomacy - it doesn't vote in the AP, and it really throws things off - for the better, usually as long as you WB their techs up and buildings occasionally

Need to try that then.
