Does anybody know what promts those greatest works lists by such and such?
You know the pointiest sticks and highest overall production/happiness/technology etc?
I've never payed attention but probably just picks one at random every x turns? Just a fun reminder from the AI that you an uncultured weakling with an unhappy population.
I've happened to save just before one appeared and reloaded, and it was a different measurement most of the time. I think it's just a randomly chosen notification.
