Cause War Using Worldbuilder Diplomacy Mode.

Hi there. I would like to know how I can make AI civs go to war or make peace using the worldbuilder diplomacy mode. In vanilla you were able to do this and made the game feel more realistic as you were able to trigger historic battles. For Warlords and Beyond the Sword they took out the ability to start a war among ai using this method and you can only make them declare peace once they start a war themselves. Any help will be appreciated.

No they didn't. If it doesn't work for you I'm afraid you're not using the latest patch.
