Anything in particular you wanted screenshots of? The only significant territory difference after you left was that Spain got wiped out.

edit: NM... Now I see that it has been done... I had expected the game to leave my My Games list once the game had been won...

Yep, Spain basically became an American province... Of course the only good that came out of the war was that it allowed Oob to win faster... Our repeated conflicts ruined any chance I had... I had another great leader in Vanilla Civ, but was forced to spend most of the game on building military units rather than on science... I am still happy with where I finished considering that I was worried that I was pretty close to extinction...
