AI never attacks twice with Chu-ko-nu

The China AI will never attack twice with the Chu-ko-nu but instead always opts to use its second action to move.

Doubt it. In particular when it's sitting in a city. If it is not, then moving and attacking in the same turn is fine, no?

No it isn't fine. The AI simply does not know how to use the Chu-ko-nu properly in offensive situations. I've watched it happened repeatedly using the SDK and have a friend who witnessed no less than 6 of them attack and then move while assaulting a city.

The fact that this has gone unnoticed and unfixed since its release almost 3 years ago is worrisome.
