Just download them from Michael Curran's and Geoff Knorr's websites - you'll need some handiwork, digging through the source, but you can easily get them in MP3 in full quality, with all the info prepared for you!

However, if you pre-ordered Civilization V, or bought/Upgraded to Gold, you have Vanilla's soundtrack already - when starting the game, just select "Explore Deluxe Soundtrack" and copy them to your desired folder.
If you own Gods & Kings, you have that expansion's soundtrack as well. In your Steam Library, right-click Civilization V, choose "Properties". In the "Local Files" tab, select "Browse Local Files..." From there, navigate to "\Assets\DLC\Expansion\Soundtrack" and copy them to your desired folder.

If even like this you still haven't got the files you want, you can use a OGG to MP3 converter (just go search for one of the internet, anyone will do) and find the OGG music files in (starting from the Local Files directory):

From the leader themes:

The civ is alive with the sound of MUSIC...

Anyway, I have taken a liking to Shaka's peace theme. I'm strangely split on Ashurbanipal's war theme, but both of Poland's tracks are amazing.

Also I love England's theme, the one that plays during Elizabeth's leader screen. I see that as one good thing about playing as England, that you get to hear that music without going into diplomacy.

It's called I Vow To Thee My Country, and it's based on a poem that was written 1908-1918 and influenced by WWI. The music was created in 1921.

Personally my favourite is Mongolia's peace and war themes. The Morin Khuur is a beautiful instrument.

Also good: Atilla's war theme. England's peace and war themes. Indonesia's peace theme. Arabia peace Theme. Portugal peace theme (that guitar is just beautiful). Russia war theme.

I like all of the civilizations' themes equally, but there are some that are more equal than others...

And kinda on topic, considering Pedro's war theme, it meshes with his UA, since it boosts tourism (Their culture's appeal to others), which is based around golden ages, which their UU grants points to, and so, it sounds less sinister (Comparatively to other war themes) and more culturally, I think?

It's not a leader theme but I like it a lot. It's called Elipse in the game folders and plays during wartime. It really added some great drama to my last war effort.

I really like the Spanish Peace theme and Greece Peace Theme. They make me feel like I'm cruising along the wide plains. The Ottoman peace theme is nice too.

My favorite war theme has gotta be the Ottoman one. It just makes me wanna pelt through every city in my wake. The English war theme comes close, like a typical redcoat line marching forward. The Arabian war theme is also good.

The English war theme is the best, hands down. It builds up nicely then when you think you`ve heard the best part, half way through it gets even better!

Sometimes I want to start war as the English or against the English just to hear that track!

Anyway, I recorded it so I can listen to it when not playing the game.

Well, my personal favorites (in no particular order, can't decide) would have to be the peace themes of Polynesia, India and England. Polynesia's to me is very relaxing, but without being soporific. It makes me feel like I'm at the beach! And India's, it captures the spirit of India so well. A beautiful yet simple melody, and they certainly don't cut you off short like some other theme songs! You get to hear the full blown glory for 5 whole minutes! And England, well, need I explain?

I've been listening to this music since I tried out the demo. I played as the Greeks and their peace theme was just so awesome to me. With every new DLC and expansion I started looking forward to the new themes more and more. The regional music is great as well.

I haven't really looked much into it but doesn't anyone know how the currently playing music is chosen? Is it looped in some kind of order or is it random depending on the state of the game?

When in diplomacy with another civilization, you hear their Peace theme if you two are at peace, or War theme if you two are at war. Sometimes, there's a bug that makes their theme continue after closing their leaderscreen.
At the start of the game (or when reloading from a save), you hear your own Peace theme if you are not currently at war, or your own War theme if you are.
When the game ends, you hear your War theme, regardless if you won or lost.
During gameplay, if you are at peace, you can hear your regional soundtrack, peace tracks and either tracks (chosen at random)
When you declare war on someone (or someone declares war on you), you hear their War theme until the end, then you hear your war theme until the end. After that, during gameplay, you hear your regional soundtrack, war tracks and either tracks (chosen at random), and sometimes you War theme plays again...

And I think that is all!

10. Maria Teresa Peace
Mostly for a nostalgic reason, because it sound like the first Fable game, which Danny Elfman composed.

9. Wu Zetian Peace
The Chinese equivalent of Morning Mood?

8. Kamehameha Peace
Welcome to Hawaii, have a drink.

7. Boudicca Peace
A sweet fairytale-intro turns into a gigantic epic, hard not to be impressed.

6. Pacal War
Lovely dissonant opening and fantastic brass.

5. Boudicca War
Majestic and powerful. Ending reminds me of a fairy tale theme park.

4. Catherine War
First second already makes it a classic, would turn a libertarian into a commie. Superbly powerful choir and strings.

3. Shaka War
Seems to have a mixed reception, I love it. A fun sing-a-long.

2. Pedro War
Dancing to victory! Everybody loves it, not hard to hear why.

1. Dido War
No contest to me. Consistently amazing, gigantic build-up and the climax is an outstanding collaboration of brass, percussion and choir. Fantastic energy boost, long live Carthage!
