Seems like Tilokaraj is a good bet for leader. With Lanna being "Kingdom of Million Rice Fields", how about this as the icon (I didn't make it, just found it)?:

 
 
All this is making the mysterious carving of a Phaya Naga I keep on my desk happy. At least it's not telling me to burn things at the moment.
 
I guess you won't be making a Vietnamese Civ since CL already made one.
I hope you guys integrate Ethnic Units, that mod really improves that atmosphere of the game

Ethnic units is integrated, along with Cultural Diversity, Events & Decisions, Piety & Prestige, YNAEMP, Map Labels and Historical Religions Complete

As for Vietnam, there is always opportunity to do a different leader, but personally, my focus is on some other civs atm.
