How do I remove the promotion cap when fighting barbarians?

Mod. There are several in the Steam Workshop that modify or remove the XP cap.

The one by Blou Blou is very good. Suitable for Gods and Kings.

One line change in the xml file; it has to have some limit, but by making it 999, you'd never notice.

VEM & GEM increase it to 45.
