Unit request: Cart with machine-gun at back
I need this unit for "1917 - World Revolution" scenario.
There are three pic here. It is a cart on the springs with machine-gun at back, in Russia it called 'Tachanka'. When it attaks, it rottate and machinegun start fire. The first who use 'tachanka' was Nestor Ivanovich Mahno in his anarchist-republic "Guliay-Pole" (Walk-Field). Later Budeniy's "The First Horse Army" was equipt by "tachanka". And more later German militaries take take this Mahno's principe "Fast create maximum fire in one place to break off a front". Tachanka was the first unit who satisfy this principe.

This has been requested before-- I supported then and I suypport it now. However, land untis cannot roatate to attack. The game completelty ignores it on Land.

actually, just make it turn on the fortify animation. Before the unit attacks, it runs the fortify anim, then the attacks
