Modern Power Armour Unit

Anyone want me to something like this? A kinda near-future trooper with armour?

You can tell that it's just one of my space marines, just modified a bit, but that means that all the animations are already done! I just have to alter the model and render again. Easy!

This is just an idea right now so if you like the idea you can tell me what you want the model to look like and I can make the changes. I could probably do a unit within 24 hours if people don't want multiple versions

Sure.. why not? I probably won't use it in the Mod but other people might need it. So you should make it. Just don't forget civ-color

Theres actually some sort of Power Armor in the works in real life, I believe Kal-El has a drawing of this supposed 2015 Era US Soldier. But that guy looks pretty cool too...

Muffins, do you think you could make the armor look like this? As i need an early power armor to go with the advanced power armor i am pulling out of Fallout.

If you don't mind me throwing a request on the heap, here's mine: Galbadian Elite soldier from FF VIII (pic of side and front view). As you can see, its a form of light hardsuit type power armor, with machineguns buit into both arms.
Feel free to take artistic liscense as needed, just as long as it looks more or less like the pic.

Kal-El, you're heading to IS A school, right shipmate?

I'm glad you made it through boot camp just fine. Now drop and give me 20

man, I may be a second class PO, but I'm not a complete @$$hole like most of those guys at RTC Great Lakes are....

Anyways, Muffins, here's the pics (I made sure to save my game at key boss fights so I could go back and get me some screenshots like these):

Thorgrimm's unit is done and posted

I want to do the unit I posted in post 1 next, followed by Kal-el's 'Chessman' (the yellow one with the meaty gun). After that I might do your one Hikaro Takayama

... Kal-el's unit might take a while though - it's all made up of compound curves (tricky to model)

Sweet, I have been waiting and waiting for somebody to make that unit! I look forward to seeing what you come up with.

Just a couple of points:
1) The run would be like your Assault Marine's, i.e. using the jump pack;
2) The gun is a plasma rifle/grenade launcher
3) There are two mini rocket tubes on each forearm

If you make that Galbadian Officer of Hikaro's you'll get sucked into doing the entire Galbadian army...not that that's a bad thing. There's the Soldier...the motorcycle guys...the guys on the jet pack thingies...
