the thing
heres the thing. That occured to me, about how they copy the green over and over, so the colour points to more than one place, etc etc. well i edited the pallet and filled each space with a different colour, that is, a colour that wasnt the bright green, except for that last 8, but the bright green still showed up. so i thought, what the hell, how is it getting that colour if those last colours are supposed to be transparencies, what going on, where is it getting that from ahhhhh. then i kinda shook my head back and forth like that guy in star wars, which made a kinda shbrblrbrlblrrblrblrbr noise. So, then i made this post, here is what im going to do, im going to make it so only that very second to last colour is bright green. and maybe that will work. otherwise my head will end up shaking back and forth a lot. If it works ill say so. Its basically the same thing as the other idea, only reverse. Right... erm, shvvblrlrlrlrlrebelrlrebler

That may have been the strangest post I've ever read on any forum in all of my years of web surfing....
Anyway... so long as the SECOND TO LAST color in the palette is UNIQUE, everything should work. In other words, the SECOND TO LAST color CANNOT appear ANYWHERE ELSE in the palette! Once you have achieved this, everything should work fine. The REASON for this is that AS optimizes the palettes and, regardless of how many colors you specify to be in the palette, AS will assume identical colors are the same and assign them the same index number! shbrblrbrlblrrblrblrbr!! |
