Everest Home Edition vs. Sisoft Sandra Lite

What is your preferred system information, diagnostics and benchmarking FREE (yeah!) software?

Both these programs have their advantages and they are both free. Although there is full version of Sandra that is not free.

everest is my choice. The interface is so less complicated plus I don't have to figure out which features I can use and which I can't.

I've only ever used Everest, but I have to say it's really simple to use. I'm not much of a computer nerd, although I want to be really bad, and I had no trouble using it to uncover the mysteries of my computer parts.

Well, for benchmarking (sort of), I use PiFast. Ok, it isn't exactly a benchmarking program, but I can calculate 1 billion digits of Pi in 28 hours (and that's running it through Wine in Linux)! I love my computer.
