The Federation of World Powers
AS BASED IN FRANKFURT, GERMANY

In the great germanic language, Die Weltmächte simply means 'World Powers'. We, the members of this great federation, have forged this world we live in through our labour, through blood and iron. This is not a world of peace, a world of hapiness, as the pacifistic boshleviks and democrats would lead you to believe, it is an ever dangerous world, a world of darkness. To defend ourselves from such darkness, we have stood together, defeating those who would try to deny us our right of soveriegnty and accepting those who were defeated as friends. These are the nations who rule the world, these are the Weltmächte:

The Doctrine of the Weltmächte:

We, the nations of the Weltmächte, are bound together through simple beliefs. The belief that each nation should retain its independence, its soveriegnty, and that each state is allowed the right for a strong central government. We believe in the true ideaologies of strong state government, and not the hypocracies of communism and the wishful thinking of democracy. There are no need for such things, there is only need for strength. For the questions of the day will be answered, as Bismarck once said, in Blood and Iron. We strive to protect our soveriegnty, our national rights. We strive to protect our citizens from false ideals such as communism. We strive for world order. We are the Weltmächte.

The Exclusive Charter of the Weltmächte:

Article I

To preserve national integrity, and to preserve the right of the government to enforce order upon its citizens.

Article II

To defend those seeking freedom from the oppression and false ideals of Communism, and to spread the ideals of National Socialism throughout the world.

Article III

To become self reliant, and to shun the pacifistic nations of yester-year. To establish free trade amongst the nations of the federation, and to allow all of us to prospoer.

Article IV

To make sure, that in the course of this alliance, no member state shall stray from the central tenets of the federation's beliefs, and that all nations stay strong in their rule.

Article V

To work together, to provide industrial and economic aid to member states in need, and to guide them along the course of proper industrial planning, and self reliance.

Article VI

To keep up in military advances and construction, going alongside with the ideals of self-reliance.

Article VII

To establish a federation army, made up of units from all member states, who are oblidged to give atleast small aid to its formation. To support the actions of the federation army, to be known as the Weltmächtkorps.

Article VIII

To support the completion and aid in the construction of federation wide projects, which shall benefit all member states.

Article IX

To support those who wish to enter the federation, and to allow them in without hesitation as long as they follow the ideals of the Weltmächte.

Article X:

To keep cordial relations with other nations of the world, unless they have done wrong, and deserve punishment. To agree only to use federation military force when it is in the consensus of all members or a majority.

Article XI:

To preserve the federation, never yeilding to those who would seek to destroy us.

RESOLUTION AND POLICY DECISIONS OF THE WELTMÄCHTE:

Resolutions are the documents and orders of the federation. They serve as a way for the Weltmächte to enforce its doctrines amongst its member nations, and to enforce its doctrines throughout the world

Resolution Policy:

- all proposals made by the federation have to be passed by a simple majority vote by all member states (ie: all member states have 1 vote each)
- a member state may choose to vote aye, nay or abstain from voting. Note that the vote cannot be pulled back after voting
- in the event of a tie, the proposal will be automatically denied unless a member state wishes to contest the vote. The contesting state may call for a revote but MUST provide sufficient grounds. The decision to revote will them lie on the Föderation Chancellor.
- Votes shall have 2 days to pass, if they do not pass within the 2 day margin, then they are declared to have failed in the passing process.
- Resolutions shall be proposed in this format:

Resolution#1: Resolution Here, with the number in order replacing the 1. (Y:N)

- The (Y:N) denotes the Yes/no vote ratio, and shall be changed to numbers in a real resolution.

The Office of the Föderation Chancellor:

- the Chancellor is responsible for updating member states on the situation of the federation every turn.
- the Chancellor will decide on whether to call for a revote or not in the case of a contested tie.
- the Chancellor is the Commander-in-Cheif of the Föderation, and as such commands the Weltmächte under orders from Resolutions authorizing force.
- the Chancellor is the international representative of the Föderation and it is his job to create a good image of the föderation and its allies.

PENDING RESOLUTIONS:

Resolution #3: New members to the The Weltmächte Föderation will be inducted when three or more member nations support their membership. (3:1)

PASSED RESOLUTIONS:

Resolution #1: The Weltmächte Föderation morally supports member nations suppressing terrorism and terrorist acts around the globe. The united Föderation presents a single front to these lawbreakers and warns against any more attempted uprisings. (6:0)

Resolution #2: The Office of Chancellor of the Föderation is to be appointed by the member nations of the alliance. Each nation shall be able to nominate/support a candidate for the office. Goebbels (7:1) Nero (1:7)

Aid will be alotted to member states or states with close ties to the Föderdation who need it. Aid will come in form of economic aid/advisors/or even military engineer/peacekeeping forces. For a nation to recieve aid, it must be agreed upon by a majority of the Weltmächte.

The Weltmächtkorps are the military arm of the föderation, the tool which the Weltmächte uses to enforce its resolutions throughout the world. Trained by the best German generals and military advisors, and lead by the best generals of the föderation, it is a highly organized and powerful force. A force to be reckoned with.

The Commander-in-Cheif of the General Staff: Joseph Goebbels, Führer of the Greater German Riech and Chancellor of the Föderation.

THE DUTIES OF THE GENERAL STAFF:

The Commander-in-Cheif is the commander of the armed forces, and shall design campaigns alongside his advisors within the general staff.
The Cheif of Staff is the CinC's right hand man, and is responsible for organizing the korps and to make sure each nation contributes what is promised of them.
The Cheif of the Föderationarmee is responsible for the infantry and ground arm of the korps.
The Cheif of the Panzergruppe is responsible for the armored arm of the korps.
The Cheif of Föderationmarine is responsible for the naval arm of the korps.
The Cheif of the Föderation Luftwaffe is responsible for the aerial arm of the korps.
