How I can Disable Culture Flip?
This annoying feature, which I think is extremely un-fair, how I can disable it?

Unselect the option "Allow Cultural Conversions" on the Civ-selection screen. It works in C3C, and PTW. I'm not sure about Vanilla though - maybe latest patch, but I'm not sure.
