English Scenarios in the german version of Civ3 with Conquests

Question: How can i play a english scenario in the german version of civ3?
I get always the "Art\units\invantry\invantrydefault.flc not found" error when trying to launch a english scenario of any kind. Because some idiot had the idea to rename all unit folders and ini's in civ3\art\units to german names.
So english scenarios always give me this error message.
for example:
units\infantry -> units\infantrie units\infantry\invantry.ini -> units\infantrie\infantrie.ini
units\archer -> units\bogenschütze units\archer\archer.ini -> units\Bogenschütze\Bogenschütze.ini

so, can anyone give me a list with all english units foldernames and .inis in civ3\art\units\?

You'd have to translate it, unfortunately.

There's a utility to convert english to french. German might be an option too.
