Modding Tools (Were to get)
I was wondering if anyone knew were to get the tools for making graphics mods, and such as well as any other modding tools.

The utilities and tools subforum is a good place to start
 GIMP is a freeware program that can open and edit PCX files, which is the format Civ3 uses. www.gimp.org It's not the greatest program but it works for most things. PSP 3.0 is also free and is very useful. See utahjazz's unit tutorial for a download. It's also a great place to start if you wan to learn to make units. Welcome to CFC!
