Wonder-cheating AI???
Remember the old problem from civ 2: the Ai didn`t really build wonders, they just "got" them? The fixed that in a patch so that you had a real chance against them (like conquer the building city or at least force them to chage production to military units.)
Now in civ3 when some AI builds a wonder and I reload they will usually build it in a different city - sucks! Has anyone encounterd this, too? Is there a way to fix it? Or will this have to go into the next patch? I thought it might be the same thing as inexplicable unit rushing (like a size 1 town building a setller every turn)...... |

I have noticed the AI building a wonder in a size 4 city on a couple occasions. I assumed they used a leader. That is probably what you are experiencing too, but that would be very hard to research.

never noticed that. If you look at the wonders page it says what city is building the wonder, doesn't seem to change. But I usually don't focus on it that much except for a few select wonders.
