Nomination for Satrap of Dynopolis and All Land South

Your Shahanshah has received the pledge of allegiance of a Southern Tribe, by the very source of Dyno River. Where Dyno River and Napalm River join, we will with the aid of this brotherly people, found the Glorious City of Dynopolis, which will be the Capital of the Southern Province, to be given a name by the Dynopolitan Satrap in the explosive spirit of Team TNT.

We do not know what dangers can be found south, maybe there are barbarians, maybe there are another organized people, but we know most dangers are in the South, as all we see North, is the stormy Ocean of Proliferation. This will be the Second Satrap, The Military Satrap and Satrap of Dynopolis. This Satrap will plan on building up a military force with all land he can seize and develop South of Dyno River. I also relieve command of Xerxes to this Satrap, which will be given primary advisory powers on the military production, development and movements in the Southern Province.
This Southern Province has no border, and will continue to the Southern Cape, and to the Eastern and Western Coasts, only to be limited by the Blast Range in the North, The Nitro and Dyno rivers sources in the North, The Napalm River in the North and a line going straight West of Napalm River and the North.

DUTIES:

GOVERNOR OF DYNOPOLIS AND SOUTHERN PROVINCE (CITY MANAGEMENT)

MILITARY COMMANDER OF ALL LAND SOUTH OF DYNO RIVER, THERMO RIVER AND THE BLAST RANGE (MILITARY COMMAND AGAINST FOREIGN FORCES)

IN CHARGE FOR DEVELOPING THE VIA ZEUS AND BUILD TWO RESOURCE FORTS

I will receive nominations for 3 days, and will then ask for an examination of the candidates, to be conducted by TEAM TNTs leadership. This Examination will be presented prior to the election, with our comments.

I think I will decline. I'm going to watch someone else do it first so I can get an idea of what should be done. Also I don't think I've played regular C3C in about a year and a half

I must agree with Gunner of my own inexperience and should decline this nomination as well.
