Elvis and Kissinger as advisors

This is a bit of a knock off, but I'd like to give the credit to the creators of these two patches. I just put them together so that you could have both the King and the King of foreign policy together in the same place, at the same time in the advisors screen.

loaded it in, overwrote the old file, but I ain't seeing henry or elvis... same thing with the new kissinger below... any known issues?
