Big problem!

Dear Skootie,

I've managed to get CivIII starting for 2weeks, but still no way!!
I've read almost all in your GReat forum but nor the patch (1.16f)
nor the cracked files, nor the refresh of my video's driver are having any effects on my problem!
I install the program, but when I try to click the option "load a scenario" or when I try to build my first city, suddenly apperars a message. "Cannot locate drew-buffer, program terminated".
Sometimes I get another reply:" Civ III has caused an error in Civilisation3.exe program terminated"

Microsoft windows me (4.90 build 3000)
Processor: amd duron mmx 3dnow 750 mhz
memory 128mb
video card: nvidia riva tnt2 model 64/model 64

I really hope you can help me! I'm a genuine civfanatic and since I bought the program I've just seen the introduction and memorized the manual!
