CIV III PTW question
Sorry for the newbie question, but I've been playing Conquests for a while and when I started the new GOTM w/PTW I noticed that there is no summary screen outlining victory conditions. I only have this histograms.
This is troubling because I have no idea how I am doing relative to the other civs. Do any of you know if this is normal, or if something is wrong w/my software? Thanks for your help. |

This is normal. It is one of the "goodies" added in Conquests.
So if you have Conquests, why don't you play the Conquests GOTM?

good to know that all systems are go!I actually submitted my first GOTM the other day when I finished COTM17. It was my first Emporer game, so I tried Conquest...still got my butt kicked. Anyway, I learned a lot by reading the treads and thought I would give open a shot with GOTM48. Doing ok at this point, but I'm sure my #'s are going to stink relative to the experts here. Having a blast - thanks again for the help! |

BTW Padma - I noticed you are retired USAF. I spent 5 years in the Army and have tremendous respect for anyone who makes a career of service.
Thanks for serving. |

![]() If you haven't found it yet, you really need to get yourself a copy of CivAssist 2 by Ainwood and friend. It provides all the in-game information you could ever wish for, on all versions of Civ3, and is approved for use with GOTM.

Is there a guide or read-me file anywhere outlining all the benefits of the CivAssist file? I've looked around a bit, but have been unsuccessful. Ainwood and friend really did a bang-up job w/this tool.

I think you'll find almost everything that's been written about it in that thread. Other than that, right click is your friend. Right click on almost anything, particularly in the map view, and you'll get a pop-up menu listing things you can do with that item.
