Map Editor
Hi. I was searching in net for Map editor to colonization i have found it on http://www.colonization.biz/ but the download links arent good. i mean i cant download because there isnt files on server. Do someone know where from i can download Map editor ot Colonization ?

The Colonization Map Editor is included with the 3.0 patch. See attached.

Ah, if only I had known to come here when I tried to find the patch... I think I ended up downloading it from some Russian fanpage or something... I found some maps where you can colonize Europe or Asia, too.

Someone knows how to use maps in Windows version? I can't use any, there is no such an option in game's start menu...!

Try installing the patch, this will place the map editor (MAPEDIT.EXE) in your Colonization folder. It is a separate program, you can't run it from the start menu.

The only patch I've found is COL95.ZIP. But still can't use any maps in the game...
BTW - are Dos created maps compatible with Col. for Win? H. |
