How to set a rally point for a city's production?

How do you set a rally point for a city?

And where do you get the info for it? (i don't see it anywhere on the manual...)

Thanks!

Yeah, I've been tearing my hair out trying to figure how to set rally points. There must be a way.

Several of the Reviews/Previews mention it as a possibility, but they do not say how exactly.

You click on the city name, where the production and population show, just below the 3d city, then right click the mouse on the tile you want the units produced in that city to rally to.

Now.... that I know... but how do you turn it off?

What happens if you right-click the city?

Will units built in a city with an airport automatically get airlifted if you set a rally point on another continent?

Rally points:
Select city. [Shift+RightClick] a tile to set it as a rally point for units produced by that city. [Shift+RightClick] on the city itself to erase the rally point.

Select all cities:
[Ctrl+LeftClick] any city. Now you can build the same unit in each, or set their rally points to the same tile all at once.

Example:
Gearing up for war, [Ctrl+LeftClick] on a city, [Shift+RightClick] on a convenient, easy-to-defend border tile, and watch as all your units form up for the big win! (Watch out for siege units though.)

In the build list:
[Alt+Click] unit = build the unit repeatedly (until changed).
[Shift+Click] anything = put unit/building in queue to be built. Will start automatically when thing before it is done, with no prompt.

Military rround unit rally points?

Is there a setting that differentiates between workers, settlers, aircraft and military ground units? I can get the civilian type units and aircraft to rally, but the riflemen and tanks etc, will not rally. I can see a yellow rally point circle but the military ground units still stay in the city requesting movement orders. Are there option settings that control this?

CTRL + clicking on a city selects cities on that continent. ALT + click selects all cities.

Yeah I can get every city on the continent to send their workers and aircraft to another city and rally there, but for some reason knights, cavalry, tanks and other types of ground offensive units do not rally.
