Can't load games at end of middle ages
I get a DataIO operating system error: CITY when I try to load any games that have progressed through most of the middle ages.
I've downloaded the patch from the Civ site, and that hasn't helped. Someone in this forum with a similar problem fixed it by downloading a no-CD .ace file, and running that in place of the Civ3.exe. I tried to do the same (from gamecopyworld) but was told the file was in invalid format or damaged... Can anyone help me here? Thanks, Strange |
