HELP! Where are SPY MISSION COSTS kept..
I've looked through all the xml's, done text searches, and can't find them at all. Grtrr... anyone KNOW for sure where the costs for spy missions are kept?
DON'T answer with speculation, I know reasonably well what I'm doing, and am amazed I couldn't find the data.

Check this out. It might be what your looking for. I haven't researched it enough to know for sure.
Assets\XML\Units\CIV4MissionInfos.xml It's worth a shot

what do you mean by "cost" ? number of turns or actual gold cost? the XML tbear mentioned has a variable iTime associated but I can't quite figure out what it's related to -- it doesn't appear to be any sort of cost, or number-of-turns... and there's no other apparent variable related to cost of any sort there.
I'm searching pretty hard but can't find anything that looks like actual costs... |

Dearmad i've been doing a lot of research into this (several hours now, I've learned quite a lot!) But I cant' find anything on these costs. I've sent off a request to the devs and should hear back tomorrow on it... I'll let you know. It's entirely possible, and looking more likely, that the costs are hard-coded... but they might give us a way to bypass them.
If not, the SDK should give us what we need. |

Confirmation: this is currently hard-coded. But I'm told it will become moddable after the next patch... whatever that means
