can 't build West Point (requirements met)
I can't build West Point yet I seem to have the requirements.
It requires a unit with 5 XP, I have a few with 6, do they have to be anywhere special? I even tried moving one into the city I wanted to build West Point in, but no luck. The option doesn't appear in the list, it's not even grayed out it just doesn't appear. This is a city that does not have two national wonders already built (and yes, I know the palace is a national wonder). Can anything think what could be wrong or is this a bug? |

You need the Military Tradition tech to build West Point.
You didn't mention it in your post so that's the only thing I can think of that would prevent you from building it, because you don't have the prerequisite yet. |
