All Eight Leader Traits

Compared to the Barbarians the Roman Empire had many advantages. Is anybody interested in a mod that pits Rome(with all 8 leader traits) locked in war against 8 civs(each with 1 of the leader traits)?

Any suggestions?
My guesses for the 8 minor civs:
Arabs(Philisophical)
Celts(Spiritual)
Franks(Organized)
Goths(Creative)
Huns(Aggressive)
Sassanids(Industrious)
Slavs(Expansive)
Vikings(Financial)

Of course this is designed to be a mod but I am sure it could also be a scenario. Any suggestions? Is this balanced? If not, which way? Anybody willing to playtest?

it depends on how strong the civs are, and how good are the relationships between the others. they might be stronger, depending on how big they are, or Rome could be, again depending on the size and how unified the little dudes are.
