Stop building
I started building a piece of the spaceship in a city but I accidently started it in a really low production one. I went to try and stop it and changed to another project to build but it wouldn't let me build that piece of the SS anywhere else. Is this a bug or are you only allowed to build unique items in one place and you must finish it once you start?

Is the SS part still in the Build Queue, in the city where you originally started building it? If it is, the game won't let you build it anywhere else, so you need to click on it in the build queue, to make it disappear, and then go to the City where you want to build it.

Where can I find the build queue? I don't see it anywhere on the city detail page.

They are listed in the bottom left corner. Click it to remove it.
