Respawning

First thing, i would like to know if you people out there have seen a civ respawning? Whether they respawn or not is not the most important; but wouldnt it be cool to HAVE RAZED CITYS RESPAWN!!!!

Lets say you raze a city and dont go back there for a while. It could be the respawned as the same as before( unless you have the area in your sight). After all, this happens in history all the time.

And i think that if you raze a civs capital city withou conquering everything else, there should be a few turns of unhappiness and riots in that empire UNTIL a new capital is established( could take a lot of time, less if you have forbidden palace)

Anyway, if you have any ideas relating to this, post them!

I always thought that new civs should start up in the middle of history. Not all civs have existed since 4000bc. Really for a new civ to spring up other than by razed cities like you said, there would have to the breaking down of civs in the game. Civil war would of course be very hard to bring into the game, but I think it would be great if it was in.
