Where can I find Firaxis' winter terrain? In which folder, I mean. Do I need to have PTW? I have only Vanilla and Conquests.

I was under the impression that all the bonus PTW graphics were available at www.civ3.com; though I've checked and they're not there at the moment. Is it me or were they there at some point? I released Anno Domini with the European Terrain thinking it was available online already.
