Decommissioning of power plants would be nice.
Shame there's no way to get rid of highly polluting power plants (coal), or dangerous power plants (nuclear) once you've built them.
 The Three Gorges Dam in particular would benefit. You could build this wonder and then scrap all these power plants from cities that have them on the same continent as the city that built the dam. |
