Governor xyourxmomxcorex,
Thank your for your generous offer of assisting the war effort. Right now, we're in fairly good shape for the conclusion of the war with Rome and the removal of the Persians from the continent. With 30 Cavalry and 13 Cannon, we have a potent offensive force. My liasons with the civilian forces tell me that some new advances coming up in medical treatment will introduce large buildings for medical care, probably in the next 6 - 8 turns! I assume that you'd like to start on that as soon as possible, to keep your citizens in good health! Once you finish your Colloseum, you have indicated that you're able to produce some troops. Although I have the utmost respect for our Cavalry regiments, and their bravery, I fear that we will lose some in the coming conflicts.
