They haven't given a specific date. Early on they said January, but that hasn't happened and their update was early 2006.

I guess it won't be before patch.
It's resonable to assume that if patch is in the works, that then the source code is currently modified, including SDK parts, so it's impractical to release it before next patch is finished. After patch, who knows... |

The next patch should coming in the next few weeks.
